1. Where we deliver

We dispatch from our head office in Multan and our branch office in Hyderabad, using transport companies, couriers and our dealer network. If we cannot deliver to your area, we will connect you with the nearest dealer.

2. Charges

Delivery charges depend on the distance and the size and weight of your order. They are confirmed with you on the call before dispatch, together with the product price. Any free-delivery offer is shown clearly with its conditions.

3. Timing

We tell you the expected delivery time when we confirm your order. Weather, road closures or transport delays can sometimes slow deliveries; if that happens, we will keep you informed.

4. Delivery to a transport terminal (adda)

For some areas, orders are delivered to the nearest transport terminal for you to collect. Bring the delivery receipt (bilty) and your CNIC when you collect.

5. Checking your delivery

• Check that the containers are sealed and not leaking before you sign or accept the delivery.
• If something is damaged or wrong, note it on the bilty if you can, and tell us within 48 hours with photos.
• See our Return & Refund Policy for what happens next.

6. Handling on arrival

Unload containers carefully and keep them upright, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, children, food and animal feed.

7. If delivery fails

If we cannot reach you on the number you gave, or no one is available to receive the order, we will try to contact you. Re-delivery may cost extra.
