An order request is confirmed by phone before anything is dispatched; the price, payment and delivery are agreed with you first. Crop results depend on many things outside our control, so we cannot guarantee a particular yield.

Return & Refund Policy
If you believe a product is defective or unfit, send a return request within 15 days of delivery. We test a sample of the product. If it is found unfit or defective, your return is approved and we replace the product or refund you. If it is found fit, the request is declined and we share the result with you.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver from our offices in Multan and Hyderabad through transport companies, couriers and our dealers. Delivery charges and timing depend on your location and order size, and are confirmed with you on the call before dispatch.
