1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, register with us, or buy products from Arham Agro Enterprises ("we", "us"). By using the website, registering or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Using the website

• Use the website lawfully and only for genuine enquiries, registrations and orders.
• Do not send false information, spam our forms, try to break or overload the website, or collect other people's details from it.
• We work to keep product information accurate and up to date. If anything on the website differs from the product label, the label applies. Please let us know so we can correct it.

3. Registering with us

• Registration is free and optional. You do not need to register to order, ask a question or request a return.
• Give true information and your own mobile number. Register only yourself or your own business, never another person without their permission.
• If your details change, register again with the same mobile number or tell our team, and we will update your record.
• We may remove registrations that look false, duplicated or abusive.
• Registering does not oblige you to buy anything, and does not make you our dealer or agent.

4. Messages and offers from us

• We may contact you about orders, returns and requests you make, and to support you.
• We send offers and news about new products only if you agreed, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP or using our Stop promotional messages page.
• Offers in our messages are subject to the conditions stated in them and to availability. The price we confirm with you on the call applies to your order.
• Arham Agro will never ask you to pay into a personal account in a message. If a message claiming to be from us asks you to, call us first using the numbers on our Contact page.

5. Product information and advice

• Photos and illustrations are for guidance; packaging may change.
• The dose calculator gives an estimate based on the label rate. It does not replace the label or advice for your specific crop and soil.
• Advice from our team is general guidance. For specific problems we recommend a soil test and your local agriculture extension office.

6. Order requests

• Sending an order request through the website or WhatsApp does not create a binding contract.
• A contract is made only when we confirm your order, by phone, WhatsApp message or invoice, with the price, payment method and delivery arrangements.
• We may decline or limit an order, for example if a product is unavailable, we cannot deliver to your area, or the details provided cannot be verified.
• Minimum order quantities or values may apply. Where they do, they are shown before you send your request.

7. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any price shown on the website is a guide; the final price is the one we confirm with you before dispatch.
• Payment methods are agreed on the call, for example bank transfer, or cash on delivery where we offer it.
• Protect yourself from fraud: we will only ask you to pay into an account in the name of Arham Agro Enterprises, or one confirmed through the official numbers on our Contact page. If anyone asks you to pay a personal account, call us first.

8. Delivery

Delivery is explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please check your delivery when it arrives and report any damage or leakage as soon as possible.

9. Returns and quality complaints

Quality complaints are decided by testing a product sample, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Safe use

• Our products are for agricultural use only.
• Read and follow the label, including the dose, method and safety instructions.
• Store products as the label says: upright, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, children, food and animal feed.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by not following the label, for example a wrong dose, mixing with incompatible products, or improper storage.

11. Our responsibility to you

• Crop results depend on many factors outside our control, including weather, soil, water, seed, pests, timing and farming practices. We do not guarantee any particular yield or result.
• To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for that product, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of profit.
• Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be limited, or any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

12. Dealers

Dealers listed on our website are authorised to sell our products. If you buy through a dealer, the dealer's invoice and terms may also apply. Return requests follow the same sample-testing process.

13. Our name, logo and content

The Arham Agro Enterprises name, logo, product names, text and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

14. Other websites

The website links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the website at the time you place an order applies to that order. Version 1.1 added registration and our messages and offers.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a problem, please contact us first; most issues can be solved with a phone call. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts at Multan will have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim before a consumer court where you live.
